Amilcar Biondi has experience in construction company management, supply chain processes and entrepreneurship.
Before joining Iron Capital, he was Director at Litoral Engenharia and worked at Embraer SA.
Throughout his career, he has worked managing the financial and supply chain area of a Construction Company that focused in Public Bidding and Industrial constructions. At the Industry had a Supply Chain role, to control and optimize the use of the Company’s electro-mechanical Systems inventory.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP) and studied abroad at the University of New South Wales (UNSW Sydney/AU) with government scholarship during the University period.
Ana has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Operations management, working in large national and multinational companies in the industrial and retail segments (supermarkets and restaurant chains). Solid experience in setup, opening and expansion projects, in implementing people and management policies and processes, designing a structure for growth, among others.
She holds a Specialization Degree in HR from UNIP
Bruno Benevides has over 10 years of experience in the luxury sector in the Real Estate industry. He was co-founder of Dolce Vacation, CFO at Mistralpar and CEO at Oceania Via Uno. He was also Director of Business Development at Pinc Solutions.
He holds a degree in Business Administration from UNIP / SP and an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley.
Bruno Guedes was one of the youngest directors at Citibank responsible for an office in New York City focused on the Brazilian market, and has 20 years of experience in the international financial market. He worked for 3 years in the energy sector where he participated in the acquisition of concessions in Africa and Brazil. He was also Vice President of Petra Energia and responsible for M&A and debt structuring. It’s one of the founders and Iron Capital’s current CEO.
He has a Master in Business Administration from Columbia University and from the London Business School, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from USP.
David Gonçalves is a lawyer admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association, with a postgraduate degree in Financial and Capital Market Law from Insper. He also holds an academic qualification in International Business and Economics from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, Spain, and his practice focuses on business, corporate, regulatory and capital market law with experience in renowned corporate conglomerates and law firms.
He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the Faculty of Law – PUC São Paulo.
Eduardo is a professor of natural resources and energy law as a full-time, part-time, adjunct and/or visiting scholar in a number of leading academic institutions around the world (including The University of the West Indies, Siberian Federal University, University of São Paulo, Strathmore University, Agostinho Neto University, University of Aberdeen, Externado University of Colombia and among others). He has been active in the oil and gas industry for more than 15 years and is an international expert on joint operating agreements. His experience in this sector – both academic and practical – is extensive. He has practical experience in over 50 jurisdictions covering America, Europe, Africa and Asia.
Prof. Pereira concluded his doctoral thesis on oil and gas joint ventures at the University of Aberdeen. He conducted postdoctoral research at Oxford Institute for Energy Studies (University of Oxford, UK), the Scandinavian Institute of Maritime Law (University of Oslo, Norway) and the Institute of Energy and Environment (University of São Paulo, Brazil). He is also a managing editor for the GSENRLJ and an associate editor of OGEL. He is also the author and editor of several leading oil and gas textbooks.

Felipe Endo has experience in customer success, marketing strategy and process management.
Before Iron Capital, he worked at Rede, being responsible for analyzing indicators using the NPS system, looking for improvement opportunities.
He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Unicamp.
Fernando has over 15 years of experience in alternative investments in the private real estate sector. He was the Executive Director of Real Estate Strategy at BTG Pactual and Executive Director of Tishman Speyer responsible for acquisition, divestiture and asset management. He was responsible for structuring more than 15 real estate projects that represented equity investments of R$3.0 billion and divestment of 6 projects in the approximate amount of R$3.5 billion. Prior to Tishman Speyer, he was a financial analyst at Atlântica Residencial and began his career as a consultant at Accenture.
He has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from FGV.
Gabriela has extensive experience in communication and customer service, having worked mainly in the agribusiness sector. She worked at companies in the agricultural consulting, export and producer cooperative sectors.
Before joining Iron Capital, her last position was as marketing and communications analyst at Sabri Consultoria.
She has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of São Paulo – USP.
Lucas Sátiro has experience in alternative investments focused in private Real Estate. He assists the Real Estate Team in several areas such as funding, acquisition, disposition and asset management. Lucas started his career in 2018 at Iron Capital as an intern. He holds the CGA certificate issued by ANBIMA.
He has a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineer from UFSCAR.
Before joining Iron Capital, she was the financial coordinator at +55 Group and was responsible for the financial management, the Cost of Goods Sold and Capital Expenditures.
She has a Master in Business Administration from FGV-SP and a Bachelor’s degree in International Trade from Unisinos-RS.
Marcelo has more than 30 years of experience in the financial sector, having worked in large institutions such as Bank Boston/Bank of America, where he was Director of the Credit area; Credit Director/ Sales Director at Itaú Unibanco and responsible for credit and collections at Banco Original.
He has a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Mauá University and an MBA from Columbia University/US
Marcelo is a lawyer with more than 11 years of experience in civil and corporate litigation (legal proceedings and arbitration), advising national and international clients, including banks, assets managers, funds of private equity, and shareholders of companies in the energy and beverage alcohol market.
Before joining Iron Capital, he worked at traditional law offices, with great prestige in the areas of capital markets and corporate law, e.g. Pinheiro Guimarães Advogados (more than 8 years) and Barbosa Mussnich & Aragão Advogados (almost 2 years).
Throughout his career, he has worked in: (i) highly complex litigation cases, involving capital markets, corporate law, and civil law, especially disputes between shareholders of big companies in the Brazilian market; (ii) enforcement proceedings involving amounts of more than BRL250 million; and (iii) due diligences involving merger and acquisitions, issuance of bonds, and capital markets in general.
He has a Bachelor´s degree in law from PUC-SP.
Marta has a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from UNESP and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science from UNIVESP.
